Can I color or bleach the hair?
Yes, the hair can be colored, lifted, or toned. However, we recommend having color services done by a professional to maintain the integrity and lifespan of the hair.
What textures will this hair blend with?
Our natural hair is slightly coarse with a low luster, making it ideal for blending with silk-pressed, relaxed, or naturally straightened hair textures. Because it’s raw and unprocessed, it mimics the density and pattern of real hair — giving you a seamless, natural-looking install without the high shine of processed extensions.
What colors do the bundles come in?
As this is raw hair, bundles naturally range in tone from light brown to natural 1B black. No two bundles are exactly the same — and that’s the beauty of raw, unprocessed hair.
Do I need to wash MORAEE CO HAIR before wearing them?
Yes, we recommend washing your raw bundles before installation. Since FORM C1 is 100% raw and unprocessed, cleansing the hair helps remove any residue from packaging, wakes up the natural texture, and ensures the best blend with your natural hair. Use a sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner to prep the hair properly before styling or coloring.

Where is my order?
If you placed an order successfully through MORAEE & CO, you will receive tracking information within 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped.
When will I receive my order?
We do our best to process orders placed by noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, on the same day. Orders received after that time or on the weekend will be processed the next business day, except for holiday or high-volume timeframes. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive using UPS Ground shipping, depending on the destination.
Will I be charged sales tax on online orders?
MORAEE & CO charges sales and use tax according to federal, state, and local government guidelines. Tax is calculated based on shipping address.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Due to the speed of our fulfillment processing, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. All orders are eligible for a full refund within 14 days per our RETURN POLICY
Do you offer price adjustments?
After an order has been placed, it cannot be refunded to accommodate a new, discounted order. If an order has been processed within our warehouse or shipped, we are not able to issue a full refund, and the standard Return/Exchange policy procedures will apply to your order.
