What does the daily chair rental include?

Daily chair rentals include:

  • A fully equipped styling station
  • Access to shampoo bowls and dryer chairs
  • Use of the hydration steam bar
  • Onsite laundry access (towels, robes, capes)
  • Client refreshment lounge
  • Free Wi-Fi and secure entry access
What are the rental hours and availability?

Chair Rentals:
Available Tuesday through Saturday during regular salon business hours (6:00 AM – 8:00 PM). Rentals are for full-day use only, and must be reserved in advance. Extended hours may be available upon request for an additional fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Chair Rentals

  • To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before your rental date.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental start date are not eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date will be charged 100% of the rental fee, with no rescheduling allowed.
  • You may reschedule once, with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, based on availability.

Do you offer any discounts for rentals?

Yes, we offer select discounts for multi-day chair rentals and extended salon bookings.

Discounts are automatically applied based on the length of your reservation.

Rental Duration & Time Management
  • Your reserved rental time includes all setup and breakdown. Please plan accordingly.
  • Children must be supervised at all times. Unattended minors are not permitted.
  • Photography and content creation are permitted at your station, provided it does not obstruct other professionals or clients.
Liability & Damages
  • Renters are fully responsible for the conduct of their clients and the care of their assigned space.
  • Any damage to salon equipment, furnishings, or property caused during the rental will be billed to the renter
