Where is my order?

If you placed an order successfully through MIIPROFESSIONAL.com, you will receive tracking information within 1-7 business days after the order has been shipped.

When will I receive my order?

We do our best to process orders placed by noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, on the same day. Orders received after that time or on the weekend will be processed the next business day, except for holiday or high-volume timeframes. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive using UPS Ground shipping, depending on the destination.

Will I be charged sales tax on online orders?

MII PROFESSIONAL charges sales and use tax according to federal, state, and local government guidelines. Tax is calculated based on shipping address.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Due to the speed of our fulfillment processing, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. All orders are eligible for a full refund within 30 days per our RETURN POLICY

Do you offer price adjustments?

After an order has been placed, it cannot be refunded to accommodate a new, discounted order. If an order has been processed within our warehouse or shipped, we are not able to issue a full refund, and the standard Return/Exchange policy procedures will apply to your order.


What if I have a problem with my MII PROFESSIONAL tool? Is there a warranty?

We hope you will not need it, but just in case, your MII PROFESSIONAL tool is warrantied for two years from the day you purchase it.

What items have a warranty?


What is not covered by the warranty?

This warranty does not cover the following:

-Normal wear and tear

-Damage due to misuse and abuse such as dropping, incorrect voltage supply, or neglect in safety precaution

-Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair by an unauthorized party

-Neglect or lack of proper maintenance

-Damage to cord

-Modification, neglect or poor maintenance, misuse, abuse, or involvement in accidents or natural disasters

-Damage occurring during shipment of the product (such claims must be presented directly to the shipping company)

-Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics, or appearance of the product

-Tools for which the Customer does not follow the warranty procedures outlined above

-Tampering & misuse with transformers, voltage converters, plug adapters, or with alternative power supplies internationally (outside US, Mexico, or Canada), except for tools that have been specifically designed for international use

It is the Customer's responsibility to regularly examine the product to determine the need for normal service or replacement. Additional details can be found in our warranty.

Can I still submit a warranty claim if I do not have the original receipt?

Proof of purchase/original receipt must be supplied to validate the warranty period. Additional details can be found in our warranty.

Can I receive MII PROFESSIONAL credit for my warranty tool?

MII PROFESSIONAL tools cannot be exchanged for MII PROFESSIONAL credit. Additional details can be found in our warranty.


What is the return policy?

Products purchased on MIIPROFESSIONAL.com may be returned within 20 days of the ship date for a full refund. We are not able to accept returns on purchases older than 20 days. We also do not accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except MIIPROFESSIONAL.com. We offer free returns for all shipments originating from the continental US.
To be eligible for refund, your product must be returned in its original box in new (unused) condition, and the return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order delivery date.

How do I return a MIIPROFESSIONAL.com purchase?

Provide your contact information
    *order number (found on the packing slip in your original shipment)
    *and details regarding which product(s) you would like to return

*Customer Service will email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label
*Carefully pack the returned items and your original packing list in a shipping box and seal close
*Print the shipping label provided by
*Customer Service, affix it to the shipping box and drop package at the nearest UPS drop-off location
*Once your return is received, please allow 14 business days for your credit to be applied to the original form of payment

What is your policy on returns processing due to Covid-19?

All MIIPROFESSIONAL.com purchases can be returned to our warehouse for processing. To protect our warehouse Team Members, all incoming packages will be held in quarantine for a total of 7 business days in accordance with the recommendation of US Department of Health & Human Services guidelines. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time.

What shipping methods are offered?

Standard Usually arrives 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of purchase. Please note orders may take up to 72 hours to process if shipped with standard service. In most cases, orders placed after 11 am PT/ 2 pm ET will begin processing and shipment the following business day.

Shipping terms and conditions?

Severe weather may cause shipping delays. We regret that we are not able to guarantee express delivery in the event of severe weather. We currently only accept orders being sent to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico. We are not able to ship to other U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer shipping to international addresses currently.

What if my MII PROFESSIONAL package is lost?

If your product shipment tracking displays no movement or displays delivered and has not been delivered, please reach out directly to the shipment company to start a claim under the tracking number for your order. Once the claim has been resolved, MII PROFESSIONAL will either replace or refund your order. For any questions, please reach out to our team at contact@MIIPROFESSIONAL.com with your order information.

What if my MIIPROFESSIONAL.com order arrived damaged?

MII PROFESSIONAL will gladly replace any products ordered on MIIPROFESSIONAL.com that were delivered to you damaged. Please email contact@MIIPROFESSIONAL.com with images of your package and your order information. Any queries sent after 7 business days will be ineligible for replacement.
